One of the reputed business organizations who have adopted this concept is Abu Dhabi National Oil Company that holds the record of having seventh largest reserve of oil and that amounts to approximately 98 billion barrels (Al Marzouqi et al. 2016). The organization was founded in the year of 1971 and later was restructured in the year of 1988. Discussion It is seen that quality is the first and foremost need of the consumer of any type of goods and there lies the importance of total quality management. The chief attributes of total quality management is that the quality of the product and the involved process of manufacturing or preparing the goods consumable needs full awareness and responsibility of every employee related to the operations (Dale 2015). Thus, it can be said that the major role of Total quality management is to ensure that the involvement of every stakeholder related to the product, such as suppliers, management of the organization the customers and most importantly the people who are in the operational team of the organization. The chief reason behind implementing the notion of Total Quality management is to meet the requirements and keeping the customers satisfied with the business organization for sustaining the growth and development of the organizations. to establish total quality management in the business orga nization, the management of the business association have taken into consideration to take a few initiatives for the betterment of the company (Escorcia, Mohan and Saputelli 2017). Those initiatives are: Identifying the target customers Observing the requirements of the consumers and learn how to satisfy them Evaluating the products and services delivered by the company These three are the three most important stages of implementing total quality management in any business organization. In case of ADNOC, the management of the organization understood the importance of quality management before the business got into any trouble. The management of ADNOC has declared that for them the primary task is to understand the need or requirements of the customers and to satisfy them (Jimnez-Jimnez et al.2015). It can be said that adoption all the three above mentioned steps by the management of ADNOC would definitely help the management of the organization to lower the dissatisfaction of the customers and in a way would definitely help the management to experience greater profitability. Conclusion Thus to conclude, it can be said that the management of ADNOC should ensure that the implementation of the total quality management system must keep focus on the process of execution and the motto should be to increase the level of satisfaction of the customers to ensure future growth and sustenance of the company. It is highly recommended that the management of the business association should not forget the eight elements of total quality management and those are teamwork, leadership, trust, integrity, ethics, communication and recognition. All these eight elements should not be forgot to ensure the process of total quality management in the business corporation.
